About the Blog!

Tales of a Teacher Weekly blog – 12/3/18 About the Blog! Welcome back fellow teachers! Today I wanted to set aside some time and talk about this blog in general. Most of you have probably wondered throughout the weeks who I am, why I’m writing this blog, and what to expect every week. Well that’s what this week is for! I’m here to give you the inside scoop and the behind the scenes of the blog. A Little About Me I was born and raised in Arizona and as much as I enjoy the fall here, I absolutely hate the summer, and even the winter. It seems as though I wasn't made for the heat or the cold, just somewhere in between. I currently have no pets unfortunately but I am hoping that will change soon! We will be discussing “The Navajo Night Chant.” This is a traditional healing chant of the Navajos performed only in the fall and winter.
